Exam rehearsal or how to pass a job interview successfully?

Probably, everybody knows this feeling you get when you are searching for a job: passing a job interview resembles a real exam. But BIONIC University students who are trying to find a job at a prestigious IT-company, received an opportunity to be well-prepared: to help the future graduates on passing a job-interview and getting their dream job, recruiting team of Infopulse (Elena Terzinova, Iryna Gumenyuk, Victoria Shmorgun and Nikita Vorchynsky)  held a workshop  “The secrets of HR-interview for young professionals”.
What types of interviews exist? What questions should one expect? How to behave and how to present oneself?  What else, apart from the working experience, will the employer assess and according to what criteria? These and many other questions were answered during a workshop which was prepared and held by Elena Terzinova, Head of Recruiting at Infopulse. Besides theoretical knowledge, Elena offered the future BIONIC University graduates several practical tasks: “call the studio” (training on passing telephone interview), “assessment centre” (a group interview based on assessment principles with the involvement of each participant), and also “video translation” (individual interview with the comments of specialists: in one room recruiter was interviewing  the participants and in another room the talk was broadcast online with another recruiter explaining what was happening, what mistakes were made and evaluation of the candidate).
The participants liked the event very much. “The workshop was held to a high standard. The leader knew what she was doing, how she was doing it and how much time she needed. I also liked her responsiveness – Elena answered all the questions and even more”, - shared Roman, one of the event participants.
