People say it is impossible to find a black cat in a dark room… because it’s not there! Searching the right employee for the company reminds of searching for a black cat. But the difference is that there is one!
One simply should know where to look for it. Experienced recruiters know a lot about it! And they already share their secrets with the participants of Recruit:HowTo program.
Trainers chose special tasks for the second part of the program. The participants, who already attended the first program, have to prove on real cases what they are capable of.
In case of success participants of the program will get the first fee as a recruiter! “We offered to close the first vacancy during the mentoring program and even to cover education costs with some symbolic income”, says program trainer, Head of recruiting team at Infopulse, Olena Terzinova.
Partner of Infopulse – Recru.IT - will help participants to practice. It is there that the students will work on vacancies under the guidance of experienced recruiters.
“We examined the candidates’ profiles: developers, testers, etc. In practice, we offered students to work on the vacancies of Java-developers and QA-specialists”, says Olena Terzinova.
The program will last till the end of May approximately. During this time the participants will learn basic instruments of recruiting, rules of searching and selection of suitable candidates in IT and gain experience of working with real vacancies. “Graduates of the program are prepared professionals”, representatives of Recru.IT say adding that there may be a possibility of permanent job for young recruiters.
“The idea of such educational project came to me a year ago. When there was a sharp jump in the number of vacancies due to a new round of growth of one of the key Infopulse customers. My team, mustering up our willpower, made 140% of our plan. Our partners, in turn, closed part of the vacancies, which was a very important drop in the sea of our work. So, there came an idea to train potential employees in advance. And also we are happy to train those who will not become part of our team for the common good, to improve the skills of recruiters on the Ukrainian market”, says Olena Terzinova.
