“HPLife Global” Program is aimed at the development of entrepreneurs who have recently started their business and want to enhance their management skills.

The goal is to help the participants transfer from intuitive project management to the conscious one; to represent the best practices of management and business project development.

Program «HPLife Global» is developed for the entrepreneurs who:

• have experience in launching projects,
• develop business in technological entrepreneurship,
• wish to transfer from intuitive project management to the conscious project development,
• pursue systematization of their knowledge in business development

Program Content

Program «HPLife Global» contains 4 units extended with leadership meetings with participants and alumni of entrepreneurship programs.

• Marketing (defining the target audience, market analysis, development of unique qualitative suggestion, etc.)
• Finance (financial basics, cash flow, fundraising, etc.)
• Communication (interaction with target audience, key message, channels of communication, effective presentations, etc.)
• Operations ( CRM, increase in volume, creating and managing the team, etc.)

Leadership meetings unite all the members of BIONIC University entrepreneurial community and includes:

• watching and analyzing leadership and entrepreneurship films,
• meetings with owners and managers of IT companies,
• meetings with start-ups who have successfully covered the way from an idea to the development of business.
